The schedule for work:

VI week (11.12 – 17.12): Evaluation of project activities and results

As it was decided during our last flash meeting, we could leave our comments on iCamp project on our blog and we will wate for instructions for further “obligations” related to these evaluation processes. Otherwise we have managed to finish our work in time.

 

 

Summary on the past:

Pre-weeks (26.10 – 05.10): the group was formed and the members got to know each other. A joint blog for group was created 29.10, and since then all the notes for group are left there, also links to literature and materials are collected there. On the 6^th November our first official Skype meeting was held and after that also reports on our meetings are written down on our blog.

I week (06 – 10.11): search for possible research theme for the questionnaire and working with literature on e-learning. The conceptualization of “e-learning” and formulation of research questions

II week (13 – 19.11): Officially the task is to design the draft questionnaire*.

13-16 November – final discussions on the subject-matter in joint document in docs.google.com. Skype meeting on Thursday (16.11) at 20.00 o’clock for making the ultimate decision on research topic and formulating preliminary research questions.

17-20 November – operationalisation of theoretical concepts and hypotheses. This should also be done in our joint document in a way, that everyone writes down his/her ideas and we will have the usual meeting as Flashmeeting on Monday, 20^th November around 21.00 o’clock to discuss the results and make the final decisions on research questions and start a draft version of questionnaire.

III week (20-26.11): Officially the task is to design and deliver the draft questionnaire

20-26 November – work on questionnaire in joint document in docs.google.com. If needed, a conference will be held on Thursday (23.11) or Friday (24.11) to discuss the work in progress.

IV week (27.11 – 03.12): Officially the task is to formulate the final questionnaire.

Selection of the questions for the final version of our questionnaire and critical examination of methodological aspects and relevance of the instrument according to our hypotheses.

V week (04 – 10.12): Officially the aim for this week was evaluation (which involves some form of peer evaluation as well), but the deadline for final questionnaire has been postponed, so also for this week the task is the work with final version of questionnaires.

04 – 06.12 – the work with final version of our questionnaire continues in docs.google.com.

07 – 09.12 – forming the questionnaire into web-based questionnaire.

09.12 – Flash meeting for discussing the technical aspects related to questionnaire and specifying the final research strategy.
