Gerli made wonderful job

I am  comparing now version of my questionnaire with Gerli’s and I have to admit that Gerli made wonderful work with this questionnaires. I will create now one new version of our questionaire and I will send to You by e mail in Word document format. I think that Gerli job will be base for our qustionnaire.

Everyone will get new version of questionnaire including our great Facilitator dr Maria Nawojczyk.
